Where we came from
Built from a real need
Vida was founded in 2023 in Verwood, Dorset, with a straightforward aim: to make dependable, well-designed PC hardware more accessible. We saw builders and system integrators repeatedly forced to choose between inflated premium pricing and lower-cost products that compromised on quality.
Vida was created to sit confidently in the middle—offering components that focus on what truly matters: solid engineering, reliability, and practical design across cases, coolers, power supplies, and peripherals.

As the brand evolved, so did our ambitions. Vida’s acquisition by Westcoast, one of the UK’s leading technology distributors, marked a major milestone in our journey. This partnership enables us to scale with confidence, strengthen our supply chain, and reach a wider audience—while remaining committed to the principles that shaped the brand from day one.
